Eighteen kids of Osmanabadi goat of three months age were subjected to feeding in two groups. One group (T1) was fed as per the feeding standard, while the other group (T2) was fed with Ber (Ziziphus nummularia) leaves as a sole feed for a period of 90 days including the collection period of last seven days. The DM, DCP and TDN intake were significantly higher in T2 group than T1. The digestibility for all the nutrients was significantly higher in T2 than T1 group. The nutritive value in terms of DCP and TDN were 55.54, 57.90% and 7.47, 8.01 in T1 and T2 respectively. The gain in weight was significantly affected due to treatments. Whereas the other linear parameters were unaffected.
