Abstract

A sudden occurrence of kid mortality in Tellicherry kids was noticed due to a non-specific paralytic condition in this organised farm. Nine kids out of 91(8%) died from June 1998 to March 2000 before weaning. The exact causative agent of this condition could not be ascertained.
