Foliar applications of Nitrogen on Urd Bean

Foliar spray of nitrogen on Urd bean at the time of following at half basal fertilizer dose was applied in different concentration and it was found that the treatment T5 where 25 Kg N/ha was supplied showed best result. It enhanced almost all the morphological and yield characteritics of Urd Bean. In this way a little amount of nitrogen spray at the time of flowering when the plant required maximum nutrient can enhanced the productivity and save the fertilizers. The chemical fertilizers which are supplied as basal dressing can not be utilized fully by crops because most of its part can be fixed in the soil in the form of different compounds which are useless for the plants.
