Abstract

The present study revealed that 25 plant species belonging to 18 families, plants parts, and local name are used in medicinal purposes and traditional health care system is an old age practice in this area. The system of ethnic communities is conservation oriented and has great potential. Traditional knowledge is transferred for one generation to another. The present work suggests an impressive coordination for strengthening medicinal plant sectorin district Moradabad.
