This paper presents a process control plan for the maintenance of high quality level of the production processes subject to some quality deterioration. The control procedure is represented by means of GERT network and analysed using W-functions. The expressions for OC and ASN function of the plan have been derived and illustrated numerically. Unity values are tabulated to facilitate operation and construction of the plan.
