Distance Learning Institute (DLI) of University of Lagos was established with the objectives of the provision of facilities for part-time studies in areas such as Business Administration and Education through correspondence and Distance Learning Techniques. Distance-learners are always presumed as low achiever with a low sense of belonging towards the institutions that they are studying (Syed Jamal et al, 2006). This paper explores the distribution of the performance of graduate distance learners in the University of Lagos. The graduating Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of five hundred and sixty-five students and their final Grade Point Average (GPA) are used for the study. The graduating results of Accounting and Business Administration students were compared. The result showed the average graduating class of distance learners is Second class lower.
