Abstract

The law of industrial and intellectual property, now universally known as IP law is born out of political and economic revolution all over the world and it reflects a legal framework governing the policies of commercial and industrial development and innovation based on the right of free economic initiative and free market competition. Working out how to balance our commitments to equality and the need to provide sufficient incentives to creators to ensure an adequate supply of intellectual property goods is a complex task.xv
