Electrical relaxation studies and ac conductivity of one step synthesized dysprosium alloyed ceria nanoparticles

Abstract

Dysprosium alloyed ceria nanoparticles are synthesized by mechanical alloying at room temperature in open air within 3hour. Single phase of the compound is confirmed and structural parameters are obtained by Rietveld analysis of the the XRD patterns. Electrical relaxation properties and ac conductivity are investigated and they are found to be thermally activated phenomenon.
