We have theoretically studied the formation of omnidirectional photonic band gaps (PBGs) in one -dimensional photonic crystals (1D PCs) for both TE and TM polarizations. Numerical calculation is presented for Te/Ps finite periodic structures. Omni PBG is observed over wide range of frequency.
