The work has been divided into three sections. In the first section, trial has been made to compare some electromagnetic and gravitational parameters which lead towards GEM equation. The second part deals with the deduction of GEM equations similar to those proposed by different authors like Kosyev. In the last or appendix section, Maxwell's equations of electromagnetism have been transformed to GEM equations proposed by Clark and Tucker and others. Some discussions on the analogy between the energies in electromagnetic and gravitational cases have been presented with possible corrections for gravitational energy.
