Synthesis and Characterization of KDP Crystals Mixed with Enzyme Papain

Enzyme papain, mixed KDP Crystal, were grown by using slow evaporation method at the room temperature. For making KDP-papain composite the different weight of papain were mixed in the aqueous solution of KDP and Crystals were obtained by slow evaporation method. The pure and papain composite Crystals cell parameters were calculated from data of XRD as a=7.4108, b=7.4124, c=5.241, and volume =287.89A^o, and calculation of miller indices. FTIR studies confirms presence of papain in the composite.
