Window shades are a commonly operated manually by pulling on a rope that winds up the shade. We intend to change this and make motorized window shades that can automatically close when there is sunlight. By using easily available parts and simplified designs to aid its production speed and make it possible to completely make the system by yourself. The controls are kept to a minimum so that it is user friendly and allow the operations to be comfortable for people with limited movement.
