Pallets are flat structures that provide a foundation for storing or transporting goods. It plays a very important role in whole distribution systems through the supply chain. Generally the standard pallets are used in all the industries, because they are easily available in the local market and also the disposal of this standardized pallet is very easy. The body side outer (BSO) parts transportation is the special case of transport when it comes to export of BSO across countries. Before this type of design modification it is needed to check with the all circumstance related to failures occurring while exporting the product across country. In this research we analyzed first major sections in which failures occurs in BSO pallet. For this research we simulate currently using BSO pallet in automotive industry for analysis at the critical behavior as like pallet is simulated for the transportation and stationary condition with the aid of FEA simulation tools.
