Abstract

Current computer technologies and Internet without any doubt having a major impact on our day to day life, society and the approach we follow these days to conduct business. Advancements of technologies and approaches in these areas have redefined our access to information and the way we access and store multiple types of data. What people refer to today as mode of entertainment is totally changed from past it opened new course of action for the consumers and providers to conduct business on a global scale. This headway comes up with lots of major incumbency and exhibits us to consequential risks. Lawbreaker also realises that Internet related crime, that is, cyber crime like phishing, hacking, Malware, etc. provide new and safe way for them to commit crime. In the proposed work, we will take a look on the multiple issues related to computer crime from national and international perspective and discuss ethical deliberation that arise thereof.
