Abstract

This paper deals with the study of I-V characteristics of screen printed WO3-Bi3 (4wt%) thick films in LPG 2Ogas medium. In this work, the WO3-Bi2O3 thick films were prepared by standard screen-printing technology. The structures of the prepared thick films was characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with EDX. It is observed that the shift in break down voltage in the I-V characteristics of the WO3-Bi2O3 thick films occurs as medium changes from air to LPG balanced with air.
