Abstract

This article considers three factors (A,B,C) factorial experiment with mixed effect model. The effect of A has been taken as fixed effect and B and C are taken as random effects. The objective here is to test the hypothesis about the main effect A. The incompletely specified model has been induced to completely specified model subject to the outcome of the one preliminary test of hypothesis based on Bancroft theory and the test procedures using approximate F-statistics have been developed.
