Abstract

In the present paper a critical study of multilevel darlington pair field effect transistor amplifier is carried out and it is found that specially threelevel darlington pair field effect transistor amplifier is suitable to use at high frequencies with excellent bandwidth. Frequency responce curve is independent on temprature from -50° C to 100° C which shows good temprature stability. Input and output impedances have been worked out for such multilevel darlington pair field effect transistor amplifier. Proposed amplifier is suitable for various applications in digital and analog electronics circuits.
