We have reported the results of resistivity behaviour of A0.67Sr0.33 MnO3, (A = Pr, Nd) manganites. The samples have been synthesised by solid state reaction method. These compounds are characterized for phase formation by using standard X-Ray diffraction (XRD) technique and low temperature resistivity versus temperature (R-T) measurement. The XRD patterns are indexed in orthorhombic unit cell (space group- Pnma) using Celref program. The absence of any impurity peak shows the monophasic nature of the prepared samples. The low temperature resistivitytemperature study show metal to insulator transition at 290 K and 250 K for Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3 and Nd0.67Sr0.33MnO3 respectively. The resistivity properties are presented and discussed here in the light of the various conduction mechanisms of the prepared samples.
