Abstract

Serological techniques like Ouchterlony's agar double diffusion test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and electron microscopy indicated Blackeye cowpea mosaic virus (BlCMV) as the causal agent for a severe mosaic of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp in Kerala.
