406 diarrhoeic calves and 142 diarrhoeic lambs screened by PAGE and ELISA revealed a prevalence of 18.71% and 9.85%, respectively, of group A rotavirus. Five samples from calves showed genomic diversity in 2nd, 3rd and 4th segments as well as in 7th, 8th and 9th segment. One sample from lambs depicted the coinfection pattern on electrophoresis.
