Abstract

Effect of temperature was seen on the virulence of street rabies virus (SRV) isolated from 3 months old male rabid dog by treating for 30 and 60 minutes at 20°C, 30°C and 37°C temperature. The results indicated that unboiled milk even after being exposed to environmental heat continues to be a source of infection of rabies.
