Histopathological examination of 48 cases of spontaneously occurring canine neoplasms was conducted in this study. Out of 48 tumour specimens, 33(68.75%) were diagnosed as benign tumours and 15 as malignant (31.25%). Organ wise, 20 cases (41.66%)of mammary tumours, 15 cases (31.25%) of skin tumours, 7 cases (14.5%) of vaginal tumours, 3 cases (6.2%) of testicular tumours and single case each of uterus, bone and liver were recorded in this study.
