The present communication records the cases of hepatic carcinoma in ducks. Out of 1723 duck carcasses hepatic carcinoma was recorded in 7.48% cases where the livers were markedly enlarged with multiple spherical, grayish-white nodular masses over the surface. Microscopically, both hepatocellular and cholangiocellular carcinomas were seen.
