Abstract

The present experiment was designed to elucidate clinical and haematological changes induced by FB1 10 ppm and OTA @ 2 ppm respectively either alone or in combination. Significant decrease in body weight, haemoglobin, packed cell volume, total erythrocyte count, total leucocyte count values in the toxin treated groups, causing anaemia in a time dependent manner which was found to be microcytic hypochromic type. The interaction of these two toxins was found to be additive in nature.
