A case of primary fibrosarcoma in the oral cavity of a non-descript cow was reported. Clinical examination of the oral cavity revealed the presence of a grayish, firm, ulcerated mass over the hard palate that extended to the gingiva of the cheek tooth. Histopathologically, the mass was very cellular and consisted of immature fibroblasts, which were fusiform with oval and hyperchromatic nuclei. Mitotic figures were few. Neo-vascularisation and multi-nucleated giant cells were also features of the neoplasm.
