This paper describes a case of fibroleiomyoma found in a large nodular form attached to the left uterine horn, well demarcated and firm, in a 12 year old large white multiparous sow reared in Zambia. The tumour was diagnosed on gross pathology, microscopy, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopic studies.
