Bilateral deciduoma, a proliferative reaction which mimic decidual implantation site in nongravid uterus has been reported in 2 out of 2000 young 4 - 5 months old Wistar rats during routine necropsies carried out under various toxicity studies. The histopathological features with possibilities of its genesis have been described.
