An eight year old Labrador dog with the history of difficult mastication due to large epulis and malocculies on right gum in mid mandibular region was reported in the clinical complex. Biopsy examination revealed fibroacanthomatus changes with dysplasia and pleomorphism. The epulis was surgically excised without any recurrence. It suggests that the lesion was non - invasive and non reoccurring in nature.
