A rare case of squamous cell carcinoma in vulva of an 11 years old cow was diagnosed. Grossly, the growth was large, ulcerated, bleeding and occupying the whole vulva. The biopsy examination revealed well differentiated squamous cell cords with hyperchromatia and keratin pearl formation. At places, hemorrhage, mononuclear cell infiltration and necrosis were observed. The tissue sample on PCR was found negative for BPV-1 and 2.
