Seven years old male German shepherd dog was presented to division of pathology for necropsy. Necropsy examination revealed numerous variable sized solid nodular growths elevated from the surface and studded in the parenchyma covering approximately 80% of liver surface. Similar small sized multifocal lesions were also disseminated in spleen, kidneys and pancreas. Microscopically, the tumor was diagnosed as undifferentiated metastatic carcinoma. The Neoplastic tissues replaced the normal parenchyma of the affected organs and were separated by connective tissue septa. The neoplastic cells could not be identified morphologically for its origin. This seems to be a rare case of undifferentiated metastatic carcinoma in canines.
