Abstract

A rare case of cornu cutaneum on the forehead of a six-year-old buffalo was diagnosed. Grossly, the growth was grayish black in colour, firm and hard to touch projected above skin like an accessory horn. Histopathologically, it revealed papillary projections of epidermis with hyperkeratosis and acanthosis, resembling a papillomatous growth.
