A ten-year-old Mehsana buffalo had movable mass in the right hindquarter of mammary gland since last 9 months. Mass was completely excised surgically. Grossly capsulated, lobulated, pale pink mass was firm in consistency having diameter of about 18 centimeter. Histologically, well-demarcated, multilobulated, neoplasm composed of epithelial cells arranged in tubuloacinar structures separated by dense bands of fibrous connective tissue was noticed. On basis of histopathology, neoplasm was diagnosed as fibroadenoma of mammary gland.
