Post mortem examination was carried out of a commercial layer bird which died after about a month of illness. Grossly, a large lobulated growth on liver was observed. Microscopic examination revealed the histopathological features characteristic to the hepatocellular carcinoma and haemangioma. Concurrent occurrence of both the entity of tumours was considered a rare finding in the layer chicken.
