A carcass of cross-bred jersey cow which had the history of anaemia, fever and voiding small quantity of dung was presented for necropsy. On necropsy, mild telescoping of mid portion of spiral colon was noticed. On incision, it contained a circular, firm, whitish grey coloured mass in the wall of colon. Histopathological examination of the mass revealed numerous spindle shaped fibrocytes arranged haphazardly with long collagen fibers which were disorganized and running in all directions. Based on histopathological findings, the case was diagnosed as hard fibroma.
