Two cases of ameloblastic fibro-odontoma, one case of fibroma and one case of synchronous squamous cell carcinoma and ossifying fibromain bovinesare described. On histopathologic evaluation, ameloblastic fibro-odontomacharacterized by islands of epithelium with peripheral palisading of elongated columnar cells with reverse polarity and basal clearing. Centrally the islands contained loosely arranged stellate cells (stellate reticulum). Epithelial component were separated by fibrovascular stroma. Along the basilar aspect of odontogenic epithelium, dentin and enamel like material were deposited. Microscopically, sparsely cellular fibroma composed of spindle cells arranged in long, thick, interlacing streams and bundles and supported by an abundant collagenous matrix. The fourth case describe synchronous ossifying fibroma and squamous cell carcinoma in crossbred cattle. Microscopically, ossifying fibroma composed of irregularly shaped spherules of woven bone rimmed with osteoblasts were randomly distributed within moderately cellular fibrovascular stroma. Overlying stratified squamous epithelium of ossifying fibroma mass showed focal extensive area of squamous cell carcinoma.
