Osteosarcoma (OSA) is one of the most malignant bone tumor of animals and also human, resulting in early mortality and sometimes could be treated at the first stages of incidence. In present study, an osteosarcoma from one third proximal region of humerus of three-years-old male German Shepherd is described that appeared as chip fracture in the first diagnosis. This patient was euthanized because of aggressive pulmonary metastasis after about one month and cytology and pathologic investigation was performed as routine methods. The significant concept of this report is the attention to the age of tumor that considered in this breed in middle ages about 7-years-old but there are threads even around younger animals such this patient.
