Neoplasms arising from uterus are rare in canines. This study describes the pathomorphological findings of multiple uterine fibroleiomyoma with ichthyosis uteri in a female dog. Uterus of a female Rottweiler dog that underwent ovariohysterectomy was brought to the Department of Pathology for histopathology. The uterus was enlarged with multiple tumorous masses of 1.5 to 5 cm in diameter. These were firm and well demarcated. Upon sectioning, haemorrhages were seen beneath the endometrial mucosa. Histopathologically, it was diagnosed as uterine fibroleiomyoma with ichthyosis uteri. Ichthyosis uteri is an extremely rare condition usually associated with benign uterine pathology. The uterine myometrium revealed neoplastic cells which were well differentiated, elongated and arranged in interlacing bundles of muscle fibres. Hence, based on histopathological findings and special staining, the tumour was diagnosed as uterine fibroleiomyoma with ichthyosis uteri.
