An uncommon case of canine seminoma in a dog revealed densely packed cells that have filled the entire lumen of the seminiferous tubules. The cells were pleomorphic, with prominent nucleus that contained limited and sparsely distributed chromatin and a prominent nucleolus. Nonetheless, there were limited to absence of interstitial (Leydig) cell in the interstitial spaces. On perusal of available literature, there was no report of seminoma in canines from Ghana.
