Congenital haemangioma is uncommon tumour in calves. A 15 day old Jersey cross bred calf was presented to the clinics with the history of a reddish tumour mass on the gingiva. Histologically, the tumour was diagnosed as haemangioma. The tumour mass composed of few areas with densely packed plumpy endothelial cells with minimal neovascularization and other areas with well formed to ill defined capillaries lined by hyperplastic endothelial cells. Immunohistochemical evaluation of tissue sections revealed endothelial cells were positive for CD 31 and negative for pan-cytokeratin markers. Based on the gross, histopathological and immunohistochemical features, the case was diagnosed as gingival haemangioma.
