The study was conducted to observe correlation of plasma total protein with ovulation rate following endocrine manipulation of dominant follicle with hCG, Estradiol valerate (EV) and GnRH. The study indicated that the plasma total protein level was positively correlated with ovulation rate though it was not affected by manipulation of dominant follicle either with hCG or EV or GnRH.
