Abstract

Chronic non-healing wounds due to various etiological factors exist on body surface for a pretty long time without responding to several conventional medications towards healing. For the therapeutic efficacy of such wound, autologous bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) was used in a dog and found success with restoration of normal structure and function of organ or parts. This showed safe, simple, beneficial and quicker procedure for chronic cutaneous non-healing wounds in canine and can be used in a wide range for betterment of pet health.
