Fowl cholera with anomalous lesions in commercial layer

The paper reports a mortality of 2–3 birds per day for a period of 7 days in a commercial layer farm of 1500 flock capacity. The lesions were suggestive of fowl cholera the bacterial isolation Pasturella multocida. Post-mortem findings and antibiotic sensitivity are reported.
