The mineral estimation in the fresh samples of skin from different body regions of Bakerwali was done. The concentration of copper was much less than zinc and magnesium in different body regions of the adult Bakerwali goat. Copper and zinc were found maximum in thorax and dorsal region i,e 5.62 ppm and 52.37 ppm respectively while the concentration of magnesium was found maximum in neckand dorsal region (200 ppm) in Bakerwali goat.
