Seminoma is one among the germ cell derived testicular tumor that frequently occur in dogs. A 7-year-old male German Shepard dog was presented with the history of enlarged testis. Fine needle aspiration cytology was suggestive of seminoma. Orchiectomy performed and histopathology of tumor sample showed as intratubular seminoma.
