The clinical findings and radiography showed impaction in caecum in a pure breed dogs with history of intermittent vomiting, anorexia and absence of defecation a tentatively. Exploratory laparotomy was done to confirm the case. Faecoliths were removed after making an incision on caecum (Typhlotomy). The animal recovered after the surgical procedure without showing further clinical signs.
