A modified technique for cerebral angiography was done in 30 adult mongrel dogs, weighing 10–15 kg body weight. The angiogram obtained clearly demonstrated the basilar artery up to the circle of Willis. Animals showed no adverse reactions of significance during or after the procedure. This technique can be adapted for angiography of other vessels and study of organs like heart.
