An eighteen-month-old tom cat was presented with a history of fall from terrace 4–5 days before. Radiograph revealed complete, oblique, mid-shaft fracture of humerus. Under diazepam-ketamine anaesthesia K-wire was passed in a normograde fashion into the left humerus under IITV guidance. Post-operative care was done for 15 days. Postoperative radiograph made after 2 months revealed healing of the fracture without any complications.
