The study was conducted on 15 buffaloes suffering from reticulol-phrenic adhesions. Ultrasonography of the reticulum was performed with 3.5 MHz microconvex transducer and the ultrasonographic features were recorded. The sonographic findings were then confirmed upon exploratory laparorumenotomy. The ultrasonographic findings were correlated with history, symptoms, clinical findings, haemato-biochemical parameters and radiography. Ultrasonography could be used for diagnosis of reticular adhesions.
