A nine-year-old Pomeranian bitch was referred to the department with the history of less appetite from last ten days and enlargement of abdomen without history of mating. Abdominal palpation of the animal revealed a hard mass inside the abdominal cavity. Per-vaginal examination show complete closure of ox. Emergency laparotomy was performed by midline incision under diazepam-ketamine anaesthesia. After laparotomy, examination of abdominal cavity showed the presence of a hard mass on the body of uterus, uterine horn and ovary with its attachment with urinary bladder also. After removing the attachments of the mass with urinary bladder, both the ovaries, uterine horn and body of uterus were removed along with the growth. Laparotomy incision was closed by the routine method. This was followed by daily dressing, parenteral antibiotics and removal of sutures on 9th post-operative day. The weight of the whole mass was three kg and histopathological examination revealed fibrosarcoma of ovary, horn and uterine body.
