Abstract

The study was conducted in 99 cases of mammary tumours, to evaluate different chemo-surgical treatment modalities. The treatment modalities included surgical excision and chemotherapy alone or in combinations. The results indicated that surgical treatment was good in cases of benign tumors; chemotherapy with Vincristine sulphate was effective for tumours with early stage of malignancy; and Vincristine chemotherapy with surgical excision was the best for management of mammary neoplasms.
